Job Description

The On-Premise Coordinator will provide support to the Recruitment and HR team. This individual will assist with: sourcing for candidates via various online job boards, cold calling, and utilizing the internal Roth referral program.  They will schedule interviews, manage the requisition process, screen potential candidates, assist with marketing projects related to recruitment, and prepare monthly recruitment performance reports as needed.  The On-Premise Coordinator will also be responsible for the on boarding of new coworkers and ensuring that all new coworkers have the necessary tools to be successful. The On-Premise Coordinator will also assist in administrative functions as well as additional duties assigned by the Recruitment team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

Assist Recruitment team with posting and recruiting strategies; advertise open positions on appropriate websites (professional affiliation, university / college, / Craigslist.org, Careerbuilder and local media).
Data entry to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure  accurate and consistent tracking of candidates from open to close of the requisition.
Generate and maintain recruiting activity reports and communicate these reports to management on monthly or weekly basis.
Assist in the recruitment process, which includes screening candidates, prospecting for names and other essential functions.  This will involve cold calling on potential prospects.
Engage in special projects as assigned by the Recruitment team.
Process all recruitment related correspondence including “no thank you' letters and recruitment marketing packets.
Collect and process all new hire paperwork and post hire paperwork.  This may include ensuring all proper approvals are received prior to an offer going out.  
Engage in special projects as assigned by the Recruitment team.
General administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Recruiting team.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

A Bachelors degree in related field.
Background in customer service or retail.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Experience with sourcing candidates via direct (cold calling), online and networking channels.
Negotiate and persuade while enhancing business relationships.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Excel. 
Confidence in ability to multi-task, follow up, and complete task while meeting various deadlines. 
Minimum of one year of Human Resources or Recruitment support OR internship experience in an HR or Service Related industry.
Strong attention to detail and exquisite follow through.

Desirable 

Staffing industry experience.
