Job Description

The Project Manager identifies and outlines the scope of the project and recruits, interviews, and then manages all project staff.  The Project Manager manages the quality assurance and operational efficiencies of the project and manages deadlines related to the Statement of Work (SOW).  The Project Manager is the liaison between the customer firm and the project staff.  In addition, the Project Manager will do attorney recruitment for various substantive attorney roles as work flow allows.

• Identifies and outlines scope of litigation solutions project.  Partners closely with Director of Strategic Accounts to propose pricing based on market knowledge of pay rates/trends.
• Identifies, recruits, and manages (hires/terminates/supervises) all project staff (Ambassadors) assigned to project.
• Manages quality assurance and operational efficiencies of the project.
• Manages deadlines related to any Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ensures that Operational Excellence is consistently met, including e-Verify, reference checking, in-person interviewing, adhering to meal/break period regulations, etc.  
• May be required to assess the performance of project staff.
• Coaches candidates with feedback as needed and may assist with the review summaries and submission to the client.
• Acts as the liaison between customer firm and project staff.
• Assists with special billing requests.
• Develops relationships with clients and attends client visits with the Director of Strategic Accounts.

Job Requirements

• Law Degree and legal background.
• Experience and knowledge of e-discovery procedures.
• Possess sound technology skills and understanding of the litigation processes.
• Possess sound problem-solving skills, prioritization skills, customer service ethic, and listening skills.
• Ability to interact effectively and efficiently with all levels within our clients’ organizations.
• Ability to handle multiple, competing, and changing priorities utilizing above average critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to develop meaningful relationships with the Project Attorneys to build loyalty and trust.
• Must be in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA) if an active member.
