Job Description

Sequel Alliance Family Services is looking for compassionate and hardworking Certified Family Support Partners in Kellogg!

We are an agency that provides the full spectrum of behavioral healthcare services to adults, adolescents, children and families. Our services are designed to provide intensive outpatient behavioral health, substance use disorder services, and developmental disabilities support

As a Certified Family Support Partner (CFSP) you are responsible for providing support to families by helping them achieve short and long term family goals targeting self-advocacy, recovery, resiliency hope and support.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have a current Family Support Partner Certificate, can work creatively on your feet, in a dignified confidential manner, you are a quick learner and have a strong desire to build a trusting relationship with clients. This is a flexible position with hours available between 12-40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Current Idaho Family Support  Certificate
  • Understands and lives by Idaho’s Certified Family Support Partner Code of Ethics
  • Must be detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills to perform the required documentation, assessments, and interventions.
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Must be able to pass a DHW Criminal Background Check
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid Drivers’ License and acceptable driving record
  • Must supply proof of auto insurance
