Job Description

Sequel Alliance is looking for motivated, compassionate and flexible candidates to work with our adolescent clients with developmental disabilities in the community and school settings to build social skills. 

You’re the ideal candidate if you can work creatively on your feet and have a passion for working with kids, in a dignified confidential manner. You are a quick learner and have a strong desire to build a trusting relationship with clients. You understand the importance of documentation and have a great sense of humor!

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, and Short Term and Long Term Disability the first of the month after 60 days of full time employment. 

You will be eligible for a $250 Sign On Bonus after successfully completing a 90-ay probationary period.

Qualifications:

Current State of Idaho Habilitative Interventionist Certification 

Must have  Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following Early Education, Sociology or Psychology
Must have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Must be able to pass a DHW Criminal Background Check.

Must have reliable transportation

Must have a valid Drivers’ License

Must supply proof of auto insurance

Ability and willingness to document sessions sufficiently (training provided)
