Sequel Alliance Family Service is looking for an upbeat and motivated mental health therapist to join our growing team in Kellogg! Are you licensed by the State of Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LCP, or equivalent)? Would you love to work in a family oriented environment with flexible hours? We are an agency that provides the full spectrum of behavioral healthcare services to adults, adolescents, children and families. Our services are designed to provide intensive outpatient behavioral health, substance use disorder services, and developmental disabilities support.

As a part of our mental health therapy team you are at the heart of our agency and are an integral part of cultivating wellness in our community.  You’re the ideal candidate if you can work with grace and a sense of humor, while helping to instill hope and independence for our clients, in a confidential and demanding environment. You are a quick learner, have a strong attention to detail and an ability to bring out the best in the people around you. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have a knack for learning new software systems.

This is a flexible position with custom made scheduling an added benefit. Your wage will be dependent on your experience. You will be eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, and Short Term and Long Term Disability the first of the month after 60 days of full time employment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Idaho licensure; LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT
  • Must be able to pass a DHW Criminal Background Check
