Job Description

Summary of job content: Responsible to assist the Morganton Master Production Scheduler and the NA Demand Planner. Responsible for inter-company orders; tracking and placing orders in line with the demand set by the Master production planner.


Key Accountabilities

Minimum of 5 years of inter-disciplinary experience (production, sales, SCM) Experience in working with ERP systems and related tools SAP knowledge Deep knowledge of products, processes, financials Good statistics and analytical knowledge

1. Coordinate Intercompany Orders for STM & MGT 45%
2. Back-up for MGT Master Production Scheduler 10%
3. Coordinate Toll Processing (Internal & External)
4. Coordinate Customer Complaints
5. Create raw materials requisitions in SAP 5%
6. Lead FIFO Activities in MGT 5%
7. Insure Adherence to Finite Schedule 15%
8. Coordinate intercompany with Europe (Bonn, CHD, NSZ…) 10%
9. Maintain the raw material planning tool (currently MES later…) 5%
10. Follow up on GAM and Porous 5%


Job Requirements

Skills: 2 year Degree or preferred 4 year Degree in business management or engineering Fluent in English Deep knowledge and understanding of planning and logistics Excellent leadership and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications
