Job Description

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the documentation process and operations of warehouse.  This role is critical in ensuring strong communication and resource upkeep as the warehouse continues to grow quickly in its operations.


This role will be broken down into three main domains that are outlined:

1) Information and Resource Management

2) Office Maintenance and Upkeep

3) Miscellaneous Warehouse Project Support


Responsibilities: Information and Resource Management-

Gathering all necessary information from the warehouse floor, including Material packing lists, Bill of ladings, material and loading photos, and scanning or uploading that information to proper drive folders for the operations and sales team.


Supporting operations and sales team by maintaining digital spreadsheets to keep track of orders that are coming in and going out.


Communicating with operations managers and documentation specialist regarding documentation that is ready to be inputted into Cie Trade shipping Software.


Office Maintenance:


Overseeing office supply replenishment that will ensure the warehouse always has supplies on hand

Generating UPS labels for all documents and product samples being shipped out of the warehouse as well as packaging material and setting up UPS pickups

Researching necessary permits and legal requirements needed at the warehouse, such as sign permits, waste permits, public signage, etc.

Creatively thinking about team bonding events and ways to encourage culture and community for our team


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Associates Degree

Attention to detail

Strong proficiency with numbers

Strong verbal and written skills

Fluency in English and ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in written form to the US team

Microsoft application proficiency

Ability to learn Cie Trade- Shipping software

Ability to learn and work with limited extensive oversight

Proactive mindset
