Job Description

The HR Coordinator has a broad range of duties, assisting Providence Park’s management team as needed.  The duties vary from standard administrative tasks to making sound judgment calls in regards to HR related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all HR related issues in the facility, including staffing, building and maintaining employee files, and new hire orientation
  • Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for facility through Kronos
  • Establishes and maintains accounts and account records for all payable for the facility (A/P)
  • Customer Service / Help guests with Front Door Alarm
  • Order Office Supplies / Maintain Office Machines (call appropriate vendors)
  • Support Business Office Manager when needed

Job Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is required
  • Strong time management skills required to handle and process multiple tasks for the facility
  • Kronos experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of common office machines is necessary
  • Strong PC Skills required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
