Marketing Director (Private Pay)


Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the marketing team
  • Coordinating all facility efforts with referral sources as well as the facility’s professional relations program
  • Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Clinical Liaison, Admissions Coordinator, and other facility team members to grow the referral base, assess, and process referrals in a timely manner
  • Enhancing the facility’s reputation in the medical community

Marketing Director requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
  • 5 years of senior living industry sales and external maketing experience, preferably in a memory care/dementia setting
  • Demonstrated track record of facility-level marketing to increase private pay referral sources
  • Management level marketing experience, preferred
  • Ability to balance short-term tasks requiring immediate attention with long-term project planning
  • Superior interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
