Job Description

Talis Group’s client is a fast growing and community oriented manufacturer with a focus on quality and safety. Company is hiring a Training Coordinator to plan, develop and implement skills, quality, safety and management training for all associates. This position reports to the HR Manager and offers competitive pay rate and employee benefit package.

Highlighted Duties:

  • Conduct training needs assessment
  • Develop training curriculum, course plans and programs around company goals
  • Work closely with vendors to develop and implement training
  • Determine training effectiveness and provide reporting
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 1969 and ISO 14001 as it relates to training
  • Assist with Associate development and career progression
  • Develop and oversee Apprentice program
  • Maintain Associate training records
  • Assist with HR Relations

Salary: $48000.00-55000.00

Job Requirements

Highlighted Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required for this position
  • 2+ years of experience in training development
  • Some experience in Automotive industry preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and implement safety, quality and skills training
