Job Description

The Analytic Supervisor is responsible for driving change, innovation, and standardization efforts within the centralized field analytics structure. They will manage a team that will complete project work and provide relevant, accurate and timely financial analysis in support of our business.  The Analytics Supervisor and staff services the VP, Regional Finance Directors, Corporate Finance, and business units as needed.  They will provide support that includes, but is not limited to, weekly, quarterly and annual forecasting/budgeting, capital planning, ad hoc analysis, revenue trending, and fulfillment of group and divisional requests.  They will also serve as an analyst for one or more sites.​

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinates all analytical needs of the units and sites under the leadership of the VP/Finance Analytics. 
  • Manages, develops, and mentors a team of analysts.
  • Anticipates and resolves complex issues/needs for business units.
  • Development and implementation of standardized analytical tools and reporting as well as ad hoc reporting when needed. 
  • Performs complex financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and annual budgeting, capital planning and ad hoc reporting.  
  • Standardizes, streamlines and offers solutions to manual and/or inefficient processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • ​​Business degree (BS or MBA) with 3+ years of financial analysis experience 
  • Strong GAAP/Sarbanes Oxley knowledge
  • Financial analysis and planning prowess
  • Passion for results
  • Customer/client orientation
  • Strong communication at all levels
  • Support multiple business units simultaneously
  • Teamwork and team leadership
  • Technical skills including Excel, Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Lawson/Oracle
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage team virtually
