The Opportunity

Premion, a leading “Over-the-Top” advertising network, seeks an experienced Data Solutions Consultant/ Technical Account Manager to provide a subject-matter expertise to the sales and account teams.


To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about advertising and marketing technology, along with advanced TV advertising. 


The focus is to develop advertising solutions for national, regional, and local advertisers leveraging data targeting and being able to provide media accountability through data portability.


Being a subject matter expert and helping internal and external teams to connect the dots to define and create advertising value.


The primary goal leverage data and technical solutions to close new advertising business and drive expanded repeat business by partnering with sales and advertiser and agency teams to create unique and differentiated value in the marketplace.



  • Provide technical sales support for the sales of our OTT Advertising Network.
  • Provide technical expertise to new and existing customers in order to assist national, local, and regional sales team in reaching sales revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams in the creation and fulfillment of data driven solutions
  • Assist with responding to client and prospect technical queries
  • Communicate technical design requirements and implementation details to sales team and customers, both in formal documentation and verbally.
  • Communicate account and project status with internal teams, including sales, customer support and product development management team.
  • Respond to client inquiries and RFPs
  • 25-30% Domestic Travel

Job Requirements


  • 5+ years of proven success within a technical account management, sales engineering or pre-sales consultation role
  • Broad, high-level knowledge of ad tech workflows, both buy and sell side, along with data management and programmatic
  • Experience with building audiences for data driven marketing
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience and talented in customer-facing white board and WebEx presentations
  • Proven success managing relationships with internal and external customers, vendors.
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to creatively solve complex problems
  • BA/BS required
  • Proficient in MS office and Salesforce
