Job Description

KUSA/KTVD has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking sales team.

The Digital Account Manager will work strategically with the sales staff to generate creative solutions that deliver customer results through our digital assets, as well as, monitor campaign performance.  The Digital Account Manager will need to have expert knowledge of digital marketing including OTT, targeted display, content marketing, programmatic mobile and video strategy.                            


  • Digital order entry with high level of accuracy. 
  • Request, update and monitor digital creative scheduling. 
  • Execute creative development and fulfillment for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the startup process for digital campaigns including participation on all onboarding calls.
  • Monitor digital campaigns pacing and effectiveness throughout the month to ensure campaign success.
  • Retain and grow our digital revenue by proactively finding opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
  • Report monthly metrics and campaign results to the account executives and assist account executives/digital sales manager in interpreting the results to the client.
  • Provide forecasting and potential targeting segments to account executives/digital sales manager for all digital solutions.
  • Educate staff and clients on effective marketing strategies and revenue growth tactics that utilize our digital product suite. 
  • Work as a liaison with all 3rd party vendors.
  • Reconcile / audit 3rd party client billing each month.
  • Understand advertiser KPI's on all digital campaigns and attend internal/client campaign recap meetings as the digital fulfillment expert.
  • Other duties as assigned by Digital Sales Manager.  

Performance Tracking 

  • Successful campaign implementation, fulfillment and maintenance.
  • Digital product knowledge, optimization strategies and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Wide Orbit Traffic, Salesforce, TMS Unified Dashboard and other Campaign Dashboards.
  • Strong inter-office, inter-department relations. 

Leading Indicators 

  • Increased number of campaign reviews.
  • Increased campaign optimizations due to campaign monitoring. 
  • Increased client renewal. 
  • Increased client satisfaction. 

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of digital account management in a professional, fast paced sales environment. (video ad experiences a strong plus)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems.  
  • Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.
  • Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management.
  • Familiar with OTT, targeted display, content marketing, programmatic mobile and video marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Ads Manager, Wide Orbit traffic or similar ad trafficking software.
  • Proven track record of digital campaign strategy, fulfillment and reporting.
