The Digital Sales Specialist will support the Sales Department and oversee digital advertising campaigns including front-end research, pre-sales strategy, order entry/trafficking, creative management, campaign optimization and reporting.​​​


  • Provide research and strategy recommendations for various digital solutions to Account Executives
  • Organize preliminary audience & demographic data for various digital solutions including: Social Ads, Targeted Display/Video, Targeted Emails, PPC and Over-The-Top (OTT) campaigns
  • Create compelling proposals for Account Executives
  • On-board all digital campaigns, collecting assets and trafficking new and existing projects to the various fulfillment teams
  • Draft and approve insertion orders/contracts for specified campaigns and flight dates
  • Collaborate with Digital Account Managers to monitor campaign performance for: Social Ads, Targeted Display/Video, Targeted Email, PPC and OTT using multiple reporting platforms
  • Provide client-facing reports for all designated accounts
  • Work with the sales team to create client solutions that maximize results
  • Work with corporate ad operations to schedule campaigns while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Work with clients to overcome technical, ad-related issues
  • Oversee campaign delivery and fulfillment

  • Experience managing Pay Per Click / Search campaigns
  • Experience managing Facebook/Instagram campaigns
  • Familiarity of Over the Top (OTT) technology and value proposition
  • Experience developing, managing and optimizing targeted email campaigns using 3rd party data
  • Experience with website & SEO audits with a background in developing client recommendations for on- and off-site presence​
