Executive Compensation Analyst

Job Summary:

The Executive Compensation Analyst will be working closely with the Director of Compensation in supporting all the executive compensation programs. The primary responsibilities include market pricing, executive job offers, annual compensation planning, proxy statement support, as well as administration of the equity plan, deferred compensation program and executive benefits.


  • Work with HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership on developing competitive executive offers
  • Participate in executive compensation surveys; Review and analyze survey results to determine company's competitive position
  • Advise on the transition of executive compensation for mergers and acquisitions
  • Perform modeling or analysis required to support compensation planning, program redesign or program effectiveness review
  • Provide research and data analysis to support the executive compensation advisor to the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee of the Board
  • Support annual compensation reviews, bonus planning, and equity awards, in partnership with other Total Rewards team members, Legal and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Legal on the execution of quarterly blackout, Form 4 reporting, and monitor stock ownership of key employees
  • Work with Legal on annual proxy statement
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for equity, deferral compensation and executive benefit programs
  • Manage relationship with TPAs, and monitors TPA system enhancements and changes to service level

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation
  • Experience in supporting executive compensation for a public company or at an executive compensation consulting firm
  • Experience in equity plan administration. Experience with Merrill Lynch platform strongly desired
  • Good understanding of executive compensation legislative requirements
  • Strong data analysis and analytical skills. High proficiency in Excel
