Job Description

WFAA in Dallas, TX is looking for a dynamic Producer/Photographer to book and produce segments, and other content, for live and/or taped one-hour talk show, "Good Morning Texas." The right candidate will also serve as photographer and editor for other live segments and packages.

Major Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Books, writes and produces daily segments for GMT 
  • Helps manage and coordinate in studio guests and clients, and assist production during live program 
  • Works closely with executive producer, GMT talent and other segment producers on daily show content and production for on-air and online 
  • Responsible for coordinating and execution of "live" reports or taped packages as assigned. Shooting with remote camera and editing for segments and/or GMT packages and paid sales segments 
  • Must be knowledgeable about Dallas/Fort Worth area from the arts and entertainment to community interest 
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • College degree
  • Valid drivers license
  • Excellent writing skills, and on-air presentation
