The Opportunity:

 

TEGNA seeks a Jr. Digital Video Inventory Manager in Phoenix, AZ to manage the allocations of digital inventory for our OTT business, Premion. This position will report to the Manager of Inventory PartnershipsThis role will master all aspects of the inventory management process and protocols.  In addition, this role will be responsible for reporting on publisher delivery performance and will be the primary process owner and point of contact. Importantly, this role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of Premion’s inventory distribution standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own allocations of inventory on all campaigns
  • Maintain integrity and reconcile data across inventory management documents
  • Responsible for daily inventory cost and pacing reporting delivered to various stakeholders including senior management
  • Partner with publisher development team to ensure fulfillment of publisher guarantees and long-term supply strategy
  • Work with Ad Ops fulfillment and campaign management teams to streamline order entry process
  • Perform ad-hoc inventory and cost analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to publisher development, yield, and FP&A teams
  • Collaborate closely with publisher development on supply onboarding efforts
  • Establish cross-functional and collaborative relationships across the larger Premion organization

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • College degree with 0-2 years broadcast/cable/digital, technology, finance or operations experience
  • Exceptional knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (High proficiency in Excel preferred)
  • Experience with ad serving and reporting platforms
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, high pressured environment to meet strict deadlines
  • Superior organizational skills – must be able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with confidence, balance and vigor.
  • Strong email and written communication skills
