The Opportunity:

Premion seeks a National Coordination Manager in Cleveland, OH to Coordinate and manage the internal workflow of sales activity for Premion generated by the Tegna National Sales team. This position will report to our Head of Sales Strategy. 

 

Currently TEGNA employs salesforces in 41 US markets within its station groups and regional markets who are representing Premion within those and their surrounding markets.  This is an excellent career opportunity with a thriving team environment at an exciting, cutting-edge media organization!


Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination, support and execution assistance to the sales team
  • Communicate effectively the process, procedures, & guidelines to sales
  • Gather client deliverables and collaborate internally to develop appropriate responses
  • Monitor and clarify rules of engagement between sales units through CRM activity
  • Assist the pre-sales team in the development of RFP proposals & presentations
  • Partner with Pre-Sales & Account Management teams for planning and fulfillment needs
  • Respond to sales team issues with swift, solutions-oriented responses
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend revisions for future actions
  • Conduct calls to review campaign performance and sales needs
  • Generate and analyze sales reports for results, opportunities, & direction
  • Support overall sales enablement and strategy team initiatives and projects

 

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • College degree in business or related field
  • 3-5 years of sales support, enablement, account coordination or strategy experience
  • Exceptional knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Wide Orbit is preferred
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressured environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Superior organizational skills – must be able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with confidence, balance and vigor.
  • Time management – ability to work successfully within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
