ABC10 (KXTV) is looking for a part-time intern for the news department. ABC10 is the TEGNA station located in sunny California’s capitol of Sacramento, CA.  Located in the 20th-largest television market in the United States, ABC10 broadcasts to Sacramento, Stockton and Modesto. Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging content for all platforms
  • Use social media and other tools to understand audience’s needs
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn as much as possible about a career in media
  • Assist as needed in the newsroom​

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree-seeking student currently enrolled at a college or university; preference is for juniors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher who will be rising seniors during their internship summer
  • Passion for storytelling
  • Strong writing and social media skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment​
