TEGNA seeks entry-level QA Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to support local and national campaign fulfillment our OTT business, Premion. The ideal candidate will work exclusively with TEGNA properties and the PREMION team based out of NYC to facilitate accurate delivery of OTT advertising campaigns.

A QA Specialist will master the digital workflow between business units and ad operations to provide end-to-end campaign fulfillment. 


This position is responsible for assisting with quality assurance of digital campaigns, ensuring accurate set up and delivery is achieved.


Detailed training is also provided to the candidate selected.


Responsibilities include: 

-Order Quality Checks: Checks various platforms to ensure accurate set up of orders, follows up to ensure discrepancies are corrected.


- QA reports: Follows up on QA reports to ensure accuracy of data and remediation of identified errors. Tracks QA Failures to ensure data is captured for coaching or process-re-tooling.


-Campaign Scheduling and Delivery: Must be able to learn all aspects of the ad servers and how to appropriately schedule campaigns.  Must understand delivery guidelines and tactics to ensure accurate campaign delivery.

-Urgent Support: Must provide urgent support to Premion team for campaign requested needs.


-Communication: Communicate technical information and processes, email all contacts within in a timely fashion, and monitor email inbox consistently.  Clearly able to communicate technical and detailed information across business units and teams promptly.


-Time Management/Deadlines: Achieves set KPIs consistently; task-oriented to complete QA responsibilities with urgency and accuracy.


-Customer Service: Interaction with internal teams, vendors, and stations requires a successful candidate to possess a positive, customer-friendly attitude while working through day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have: 
- 1+ years of working experience in Digital Advertising Quality Assurance is ideal OR 1+ year of practical work experience in advertising, customer service, or related business/technical roles.
-Demonstrated ability to function in a technical role.
-Strong interpersonal and team skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at once.
-Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Proactive in communicating trends, both negative and positive, with urgency.
-Quick, adaptive learner who will develop expertise in digital workflow and Quality Assurance techniques.

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to clearly convey technical and complex information through written and verbal communication.
-Ability to react to change productively.

-Proficient to Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel is a must.
-Proficiency in MS Office in general.
-Salesforce experience a plus.

-Must be open to working overtime and possible nights/weekends
