Los Angeles


This position will be responsible for coordinating and managing the admin, internal workflow, and general sales activity generated by the Premion Direct Sales team in Los Angeles.  This may include Salesforce Opportunity and RFP development, creation of new business proposals, ensuring compliance with new advertiser/credit policies, gathering client deliverables, customizing presentations, managing sellers’ schedules, creating follow up reporting, invoice preparation, and acting as an account service contact for select clientele.

As capacity allows, the Sales Coordinator may also participate in lead generation activities on behalf of their assigned salesperson. This person will report to the National Sales Planning Manager and will regularly interact with the Premion Sales Planners, Account Managers, and corporate Finance teams to ensure all aspects of the client experience are fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion.      

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in media ad sales but not required
  • A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment and managing a high volume of activity.
  • Must be a dedicated, trustworthy, and dependable team member with a positive, “can do” attitude.   
  • Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy in all related work.
  • Must possess a natural curiosity to learn new things and be adaptable to a consistently evolving environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and extremely computer literate.
  • Prior experience in digital media, media sales, or Ad Agency environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Strata and Media Ocean is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit is a MAJOR plus.
