Job Description

You will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of every aspect of WUSA9’s implementation of station sales projects and partnerships throughout the project life cycle.

This position will support the quality execution and on-time delivery of projects/partnerships assets that require the coordination of working with the Sales organization and with multiple teams within WUSA9. This includes: News/Sports, Lifestyle Programming liaison, Marketing, Production, and Digital.

The ideal candidate is responsible for providing high-quality project support, scheduling and assisting with internal stakeholders and station clients in all aspects of day-to-day operations and inquiries.

  • Ability to prepare comprehensive and cohesive end-of-campaign deliverables

  • Strong tracking and prioritization skills to coordinate between multiple projects

  • Experience using a Content Management System (Knowledge of Salesforce a plus)

  • Experience using an Ad Management Platform (Knowledge of Wide Orbit a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in Broadcast and Digital Media

  • Collaborative, self-motivated, positive attitude required
