Summary:

Tetra Tech is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Environmental Commercial Accounts (ECA) Atlanta GA operations working out of our Alpharetta, GA office. The selected Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Tetra Tech ECA offices located in Alpharetta, GA and Orlando, FL as well as work with other Tetra Tech offices around the United States. 

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: Will include document formatting, finalizing and distribution, preparing correspondence, coordination of client and office meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, progress reports, and invoices, inventorying and ordering supplies as required, assisting project managers with budget management, and receptionist. You will also be responsible for general administrative support as well as other projects and assigned tasks. This position provides an opportunity for the right candidate to advance within Tetra Tech to provide business development support, project financial analysis, budget management, project scheduling and technical support.



Job Requirements

Requirements:

You must have strong computer skills with the ability to multi task various assignments and projects going on at the same time.

Possess the ability to work well with all levels of management, outside vendors and internal and external clients. Sensitivity to confidential information is a must.

Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additional computer skills a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Must be adaptable and able to work independently on multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
