  • Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks
  • Inventory control and management
  • Developing maintenance work instructions
  • Communicating with vendors
  • Ensuring tasks are completed by safety requirements
  • Minimize equipment downtime
  • Manage small maintenance projects
  • Develop a technical PM program
  • Ensure technicians have the necessary tools
  • Maintain records and generate reports
