Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Welder with experience in custom fabrication, repair, and precision welding. This role involves working with metal components for drilling and heavy equipment projects, requiring a strong understanding of blueprints and adherence to AWS standards. What You’ll Do:

  • 🔧 Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications

  • 🔩 Perform custom welding on metal parts for drilling equipment

  • 🛠️ Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance

  • ✅ Follow AWS (American Welding Society) welding procedures

  • 🔍 Inspect and monitor welds for quality and structural integrity

  • 🔗 Prepare, assemble, and tack-weld materials before final welding

  • 🔥 Prevent material issues such as overheating, warping, or shrinkage during welding

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Welder or in a similar welding/fabrication role

  • Hands-on experience with custom welding, metal shaping, and drilling equipment components is preferred

  • Proven track record of working with blueprints, technical drawings, and AWS welding procedures

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings is a plus

  • Familiarity with grinders, cutting torches, welding jigs, and other fabrication tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:
