Work Experience
Accounting Clerk: Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing and reconciliation. Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards. 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Contracts Clerk: Oversee contract management, including document maintenance and updates. Ensure contractual obligations are met and support contract negotiation processes. Must be a quick learner and be organized. Will occasionally answer phones (to take messages only)
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
