We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized accounting professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable / Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and verify invoices
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records
  • Schedule and process vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status
  • Handle and process employee expense reports
  • Track and reconcile payments and expenditures
  • Assist with payroll processing as needed
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities


Work Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Accounting Degree
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of payroll processes
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
