Job Description

Overview:

 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to handle accounts payable and receivable for our warehouse shipping operations. This position plays a key role in our day-to-day business functions by helping manage incoming and outgoing payments, organizing records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assist with reconciling invoices, statements, and payments
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
  • Work closely with warehouse and office teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Additional Details:

  • Hour lunch break (many employees choose to eat at their desks and work, but this is completely optional)
  • Pay starts at $14–$15 per hour, depending on experience
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance available after 90 days (for direct hires)
  • Performance-based pay increase after 90 days

Skills and Experience:

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Previous experience in accounting or warehousing is preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate on our software and processes
