Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for a part-time position at a 42-unit apartment complex in Florence, AL.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining quality living spaces, and can work independently to keep the property in excellent condition.

Schedule: 3 days/week (Part-Time)
 Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17–$18/hour, depending on experience 

Skills and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general apartment and property maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs in a timely manner
  • Repair and maintain washer/dryer appliances
  • Paint units and common areas as needed
  • Conduct light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
  • Pick up outside debris and maintain property appearance
  • Communicate with management regarding maintenance needs and supplies
Qualifications:
  • Previous maintenance experience required (apartment or property maintenance preferred)
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on labor
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
