Overview:

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Assembly Team Members to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components and sub-components by hand or using automated tools and machinery. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to Standard Operating Sheets (SOS).

  • Operate basic tools and machinery (air tools, cutters, knives, etc.).

  • Inspect products for quality through visual checks, data collection, and first article inspections.

  • Move and package parts into shipping containers, racks, or conveyors.

  • Complete daily production and quality reports.

  • Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.

Skills and Experience:

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, grip, push, and pull for extended periods.

  • Regularly lift up to 20–25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion.

  • Exposure to moderate noise, moving machinery, and forklift traffic.

  • Safety equipment such as gloves and eye protection required.
