𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Shift Coordinator

𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬:7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Some flexibility required)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-Perform daily data entry and assist with production lines.-Ensure line efficiency and maintain zero defects.-Support the Manufacturing Supervisor as needed.-Manage the daily flow of finished products and adhere to FIFO practices.-Document all related activities, and complete forms and reports.-Verify inventory records and conduct product inventories as needed.-Ensure all production lines are fully manned and adjust staffing as necessary.Maintain adherence to all production floor rules and regulations.𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:-Bilingual (Preferred English/Spanish)-Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Suite including Excel-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail-Previous automotive experience is a plus-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities𝑰𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒅𝒚𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎’𝒔 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒏𝒐𝒘!
