Skills and Experience:

What You'll Do as a Staffing Recruiter
  • Source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities.
  • Build strong pipelines through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with staffing regulations, background checks, and company policies.
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend solutions.
  • Process weekly payroll and manage personnel records.
The Preferred Candidate Might
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Show adaptability to changing needs and priorities.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
