Location: Madison AL | Shift: 2nd Shift

Are you a strong English and Spanish communicator with manufacturing or production experience? We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Team Lead to support and guide a hardworking crew on the 2nd shift.

• Lead a team of production workers and keep things running smoothly
• Help bridge communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members
• Train and coach team members on safety, quality, and performance
• Keep shift goals on track and report key updates to supervisors
• Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be comfortable giving direction in both
• At least 2 years in manufacturing or production, with leadership experience preferred
• Great communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
