Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bilingual Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Pick and fill orders from stock
Pack and ship orders accurately
Organize warehouse space for efficiency
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) if certified
Work Experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse experience is a plus
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Forklift experience is a plus
