Overview:

Are you looking for a versatile and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are currently hiring for multiple Bilingual Warehouse Worker positions (English/Spanish) across several locations, including Chicago’s Little Village and Canaryville neighborhoods, as well as Broadview and Hillside.


This is a catch-all role that combines general labor, forklift operation, and light administrative duties. If you’re adaptable, reliable, and bilingual, we want to hear from you!

Skills and Experience:


Key Responsibilities:

  • General Labor: Load, unload, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic office tasks such as data entry, paperwork, and communication.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
  • Flexibility: Support various departments and shift between roles as needed.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 12 months) operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks — outdated experience will not be considered.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must pass E-Verify and a background check.
