What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our client base and building lasting partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the local market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conducting client visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure client needs are met
  • Tracking sales activity and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Representing The Ōnin Group at networking events and community functions


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or staffing industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Albuquerque market is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required
