The Ōnin Group is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our team in Albuquerque. This role is all about building strong partnerships with new clients who need workforce solutions. What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries
  • Understand client workforce needs and present tailored staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Represent The Ōnin Group with professionalism and integrity in the field



What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with a competitive edge and a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field 100% of the time
  • Previous B2B sales or staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • A team player who is humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent
