About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and make a real impact. In this exciting sales role, you’ll develop new business opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, and expand Ōnin’s footprint in the market — all while enjoying a rewarding compensation structure and professional support.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business across a variety of industries and client sizes.
- Meet weekly activity goals through door knocks, cold calls, and appointments.
- Collaborate with branch leaders in daily kickoff meetings and performance reviews.
- Build and manage a diverse, strategic prospect list.
- Create meaningful client relationships that drive long-term success.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Proven relationship builder with a growth mindset.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
