What We Offer:

  • Competitive Starting Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Shift Options:
  • 2nd Shift: 3:25 PM – 1:55 AM, Monday–Thursday
  • Or 2nd Shift: 3:25 PM – 11:55 PM, Monday–Friday (with $1.50/hour shift premium)
  • Signing Bonus: Up to $3,000, based on shift selection

Responsibilities as a CNC Machine Operator:

  • Operate CNC milling and turning machine centers
  • Utilize manual CNC machinery including mills, drills, lathes, and saws
  • Perform routine and repetitive machining operations
  • Conduct plating processes
  • Interpret blueprints and conduct mechanical inspections


Work Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:


  • 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC milling/turning machine centers
  • Proficiency with CNC saw operation and experience working in an annealing center
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and mechanical inspection
  • Familiarity with shop math and the ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
