🚀 Position Overview

We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service across all distribution activities.



🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily team huddles and enforce safety protocols
  • Oversee inbound/outbound operations and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Supervise and coach warehouse and office staff
  • Manage performance reviews, scheduling, and labor planning
  • Ensure SLA compliance, resolve escalations, and support customer relationships
  • Maintain documentation and reporting standards
  • Monitor cost control, staffing levels, and equipment utilization


🧠 Qualifications

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a logistics or distribution setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and inventory control
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
