Position Overview:

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and electronic control systems in a busy manufacturing environment. Your work keeps operations running—and your expertise will make a direct impact on production quality and safety.



Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and mechanical repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Drives, and temperature control systems
  • Reading schematics, ladder logic, and electrical drawings
  • Working safely and efficiently under minimal supervision
  • Using digital multimeters, hand tools, and CMMS for repairs and documentation


Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of electrical experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
  • Experience with 3-phase power, 120V/277V/480V
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix a big plus
  • Solid understanding of OSHA, NEC, and NFPA regulations
  • Comfortable with computers (Microsoft 365, Adobe, AX is a plus)
  • Must have own set of basic tools (SAE/Metric)
