Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with basic knowledge of tools who is eager to learn and grow within the maintenance field. You will assist experienced technicians with day-to-day maintenance tasks and help ensure equipment, tools, and facilities remain in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist maintenance technicians with repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.

  • Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.

  • Perform general labor duties such as cleaning work areas, organizing tools, and moving equipment.

  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

  • Report equipment or facility issues to senior staff promptly.

  • Learn and apply new skills to support the maintenance team.

Skills and Experience:

Requirements:

  • No prior maintenance experience required – training provided.

  • Basic knowledge of tools and willingness to learn more.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
