Now Hiring: Field Service Technician


Location: Florence, AL | Pay: $16.00/hr. | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM


This is a great opportunity for a Field Service Technician who’s hands-on, customer-focused, and looking to grow with a reputable company.



What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic or mechanical equipment
  • Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits
  • Use basic hand tools and follow safety protocols
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Travel to customer sites with limited supervision


Work Experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Trainable, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to read technical manuals and follow written instructions
  • Hands-on experience with basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, multimeters, etc.)
  • Comfortable being trained on industry-specific software or systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional, customer-oriented mindset
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in IT, electronics, mechanical repair, or field service
  • Familiarity with service equipment or diagnostic tools


Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
  • Must be bondable (clean background and credit check required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Updated resume required to apply
  • Must pass a drug screen, background check, credit check, and MVR check
