We’re seeking a dynamic Front Desk/Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our offices.
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week (flexible scheduling available)
What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Greet clients and collect necessary documentation
• Verify and submit insurance benefits
• Maintain and organize client files
• Manage office supplies and inventor
Work Experience
What We’re Looking For:
• A positive, energetic attitude and love for working with people
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Qualifications:
• Typing speed of 45 WPM (10-finger typist, no peeking!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
• Prior experience in office administration or related fields
• Excellent time management and communication skills
