General Laborer

Job Description:

Onin Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team and work with a leading manufacturing client in Albuquerque, NM. As a General Laborer, you will be an integral part of the production process, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly and production of manufactured goods.
• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment as directed.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, conveyors, and production lines.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects to a supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
