We are currently hiring General laborers for a local client in La Vergne!

Monday - Thursday - 5am-3:30pm

Pay rate $16

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Teardown & Recycling Technician to join our electronics recycling team. This role involves the manual disassembly of electronic devices, sorting components such as batteries, and supporting materials handling processes. The ideal candidate has experience using hand tools, working on a conveyor line, and performing basic quality control tasks in a warehouse or production environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual disassembly of electronic devices using various hand tools
  • Sort and organize components, with a focus on battery sorting and proper disposal
  • Operate along a conveyor line to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Inspect and verify disassembled components to meet quality control standards
  • Use pallet jacks to move materials safely throughout the facility
  • Open boxes and packaging using box cutters or other cutting tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols


Work Experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience with manual disassembly or similar hands-on work preferred
  • Comfortable working with basic hand tools
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Prior experience in electronics recycling or similar industries a plus


Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
  • Safety equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.) provided and required
  • Shifts may involve repetitive tasks and physical activity
