Job Description

Overview:

 We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to assist with routine preventative maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic mechanical skills who wants to grow into a diesel mechanic role. Pay rate DOE

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Assist mechanics with larger repairs and inspections
  • Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
  • Conduct basic inspections for wear, safety, and performance issues
  • Document completed work and report issues to senior mechanics

Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ months of mechanical, automotive, or equipment maintenance experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Willingness to learn diesel systems and bus maintenance
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in shop conditions
  • Reliable attendance and team-oriented work ethic
