Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HVAC ServiceTitan Estimator & Quoting Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building accurate, timely, and professional estimates and quotes using ServiceTitan for residential and commercial HVAC projects. The role is critical in ensuring our customers receive clear proposals and our team operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage estimates and quotes in ServiceTitan for service, repair, replacement, and new installation jobs.

  • Collaborate with field technicians, sales staff, and managers to ensure estimates are accurate and reflect customer needs.

  • Update pricing, parts, labor, and service packages within ServiceTitan.

  • Ensure quotes are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track and follow up on outstanding estimates to help increase conversion rates.

  • Maintain an organized database of proposals, templates, and pricing structures.

  • Support operations and sales teams with reporting on estimate activity and job profitability.

  • Stay up to date on ServiceTitan features and updates, continuously improving workflow efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

  • MUST have previous experience using ServiceTitan
  • HVAC industry experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and cloud-based software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
