Work Experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance:
- Cleaning coils, replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting components.
- Troubleshooting & repairs:
- Diagnosing issues with heating or cooling systems and fixing problems like broken thermostats, leaks, or faulty wiring.
- System inspections:
- Ensuring everything is working safely and efficiently, often as part of seasonal checkups (especially before summer or winter).
- Installing equipment:
- Setting up new HVAC units, ductwork, thermostats, or ventilation systems.
- Testing & calibrating:
- Making sure systems are properly balanced, airflow is correct, and everything meets regulations.
- Updating logs & reports:
- Documenting what was done, any parts replaced, and recommending future work.
