• Perform clerical HR tasks: filing records, updating training logs, creating ID badges
• Help coordinate employee events and social activities (ordering food, making flyers, etc.)

• Assist with planning large company events like Family Day

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or Business
• Basic knowledge of HR practices, especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks with flexibility

• Office setting with occasional time spent in a manufacturing plant (PPE may be required)
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
